4g99 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 4g99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the 4g99 website, creating an account, depositing funds or participating in any game or wager offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 4g99 platform.

Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete. Accounts found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and any balance will be forfeited.

Deposits

4g99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. All deposits are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Minimum deposit via mobile banking is ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 4g99 does not apply any processing fee to standard deposits. Fees levied by your payment provider are outside 4g99's control.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 4g99 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to identity verification requirements. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts under standard conditions.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus being fully met prior to the withdrawal request.
• 4g99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

4g99 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and to any additional terms specified in the promotion-specific offer details. Bonuses are credited in BDT to your account balance. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the offer terms for each individual promotion.
• 4g99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes modifying wagering requirements or maximum withdrawal limits associated with a bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies or the use of multiple accounts will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended. 4g99's decision on bonus abuse matters is final.

Players must use the 4g99 platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament or betting event.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to access, alter or interfere with 4g99 systems, software or data without authorisation.

In no event shall 4g99's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 4g99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the action and whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory.

4g99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 4g99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to players via the website or by email. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on this page.

Your continued use of the 4g99 platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
